From his perspective, he thinks we did and lied about it. I can understand that this may happen from time to time. I don’t have an explanation as to why the screen was broken. There is nothing more to say or do but to just move on. This seller had a high rating so I’m sure this is a blip and generally things arrive in good condition. I regret the whole situation.
