    This is a great scarf, so I am happy with the purchase. However, communication was terrible. I reached out several times with a shipping issue and got no reply. They send a lot of robo messages, but no one is monitoring actual communication. I finally heard from them after FedEx got involved, but their actual customer service was disappointing. They are reliable, just not great when you need help.
