  The item of clothing I received was fairly close to what I wanted, after a long process of communicating back and forth which was quite time consuming. It turned out a bit bigger in the waist and sleeves, and needed to be taken to a tailor. But the biggest issue is the lining used, which was a cheap synthetic and not at all authentic to the Victorian look I wanted it to have. Don't ask for silk lining because you get something plasticky & cheap. Ask for traditional satins instead.
