  Bought,seller said out of stock,said refund processing 7 days later when I inquired on shipping info. Asked for details next day,no reply for 2 days. Contacted eBay and filed dispute on charge card. They told eBay next day I had open charge card dispute and eBay stepped out. That tells me they/seller never processed a refund for me. Poor contact and poor seller. Item still shows no refund 11 days later.

  UNFORTUNATELY my experience buying from this seller was below poor. The item they sent was faulty, something tells me they KNEW they were sending a defective item. When I filled for return they did not reach out at all, no communication whatsoever, offered me a lousy partial refund for 20 percent of the value of the order, I payed full, not partial. I still need the item which I have to find in Amazon I guess. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, fraudulent item. Displeased.
