I am leaving positive feedback for a transaction that was negatively impacted by a lengthy delay at customs. Although the status of the item showed it had shipped on time, I was unable to see tracking and decided to request a refund after a month. The seller was prompt with the refund. I then received the item and was able to contact the seller to pay. Responsive seller and item was packed well.
