    Product as described, prompt shipping, properly packaged, and good communication. The Hionec Fresh are good hearing aids, very well made; mom preferred these over the $2000 ones. They seem to have been discontinued, and the ones available may have battery issues after discharging beyond a safe point. I was luckythat they charged normally. This is the second set of Hionic Fresh that I have purchased for my mom; she forgot she was wearing them, and got in the shower.
