    The item arrived with 20 broken fibers. When I purchased it, the description stated that no fibers were broken. Unfortunately, the packaging was very poor — it was shipped only inside its case, without bubble wrap or any fragile labels on the box. This careless packaging likely caused the damage during shipping. Very disappointing experience.
