Horrible!!!!!! I have been trying to contact this seller for a week now with 0 responses. I can’t charge the laptop I was sent I even took it to apple and they said someone didn’t build it right when they refurbished or or used the wrong case. So now I spent $200 for a laptop that won’t work cause I can’t plug it in and a seller that never answers! I will never use eBay again
