  I paid for a particular item and the seller sent something else and had the item. I am unable to return the item. The seller knew they sent the wrong item.

  Yes the wrong item was sent and I explained to the buyer to do a return and unfortunately she did not understand how to do the return, even though this would not have cost her anything to return. I asked her to contact ebay which I think she did but she wasnt able to get any help from ebay on how to return the item.
