    It is a shame that you gave me negative feedback. When I gave you the full refund for your purchase, I took full responsibility for the error because I made the mistake of mixing the orders. I did promise to send it to you for free but I have not received it back from the other customer. I still haven't. They have not responded to my messages. Again sorry for the mix up.
