  This is not negative against the seller & gave a refund for it minus shipping costs. The product was sub standard. There wasn't any way to review recorded footage in a manor that should have been coherent or expected. That alone makes this unworthy to buy.

  Regarding the ability to review footage—this listing does not include a hard drive, which is clearly stated in the title and description. To access and store video recordings, a compatible hard drive must be installed. We also offer listings that include a pre-installed hard drive for added convenience, but many customers prefer using their own, so we provide both options to suit different needs.
