    The picture I wanted that was advertised was out of stock … ?? So he asked me which other one I’d like after telling him he says done and it arrives today and it’s not even the picture I wanted … item arrived way faster that the original tracking quoted which was great it’s a birthday present …. Very disappointing that’s it’s not what we asked for

    What she failed to state - the item was not available and offered to refund the purchase. She selected another style. Third one on the images. AI work on a desktop not a cell phone. The image I sent was the one she selected. When she contacted me I apologized and stated I would refund her in full. To ship the item back. Instead she leaves a Neg feedback. Some people are just miserable all the time. Everyday.
