    Charged $7.99 to ship a hot wheels car, did the pre-ship routine where they can collect payments and then sat on the package for literally two weeks before dropping it off for shipping. I still haven’t received it. eBay needs to get a handle on this pre-ship issue. Getting really tired of Sellers printing a label and showing shipped to collect their money and then dropping it off whenever they feel like it. I’ve always been gracious on reviews, but I’m really frustrated w/ Seller’s lately.
