    After spending over $100 per roll, every quarter was NOT a West Point quarter except the one on the end of each roll. In addition the other end of each roll shows the observe, so you can’t tell. After examining the rolls and before opening them, you could see where it was tampered with. After contacting the owner, they said “we sell Enders”. In 30 years, I have never bought “Enders” where that has happened. BUYER BEWARE!!! Bad EBay Seller.
