Sorry to hear that. I was unaware you were installing old lenses in this new frame. Was the old frame the same eye size? Your lenses were custom cut for your frame so even if the frames are the same eye size, we sometime have a hard time installing them and on occasion they do not fit. Usually a skilled, knowledgable optician will be able to heat the frame or hand grind your existing lenses to make sure them fit. and get the lenses installed properly. Thank you for your feedback.
