  This buyer seemed unhappy with their purchase & upset we couldn't accept a return. Item was listed as "Final Sale" and did not meet our return criteria. Our policy is clear & goes farther than eBay requires; no part was "unethical" as the buyer claims. What a sad outcome, an unfair & egregious attempt to ruin our reputation. Buyer has since taken our advice to list the item for sale, serving as an example of how we will go above & beyond to help resolve issues, even after an unfortunate comment.
