    This seller is either a complete idiot or a scammer acting like they don't understand ebay well. Seller "sent" a package with my order with a "tracking number" which never registered or went anywhere. Communication is terrible going days without answering. It took me basically spamming them with messages to get a response. They claimed "it must be lost in the mail", "sent another pacakge". It actually registered with tracking but went from one post office to another in UK and I live in USA

    Wrong item was shipped, doesn't agree with order or photo in company's email. Seller states that they have shipped the correct part, but until it arrives, or there is third party verification of shipment (i.e. Royal Mail) I'm not giving a good recommendation.

    The bracelet was in good condition but unfortunately the clasp had a large scratch. I contacted the seller and sent pictures. They apologized and said they would send a replacement bracelet. I reached out after a couple weeks and they said they would check on it. It’s been several weeks and now they have stopped any communication. Also, I chose this company because they say they are from GBP but the bracelet was shipped from China. I would not recommend doing business with them.
