    The item arrived, and I plugged it in, and it didn't work. It was dead as a door knob. I emailed the seller on June 25 and on June 27, they emailed back asking if I wanted a replacement. I told them I did, and I haven't heard from them since. I've emailed them 3 more times since then, and nothing. It's July 10, and still no word. Terrible communication and bad product. There are many other sellers out there to buy from, and I recommend choosing someone else.
