    Appreciate having the original discs for this game. Sadly this game doesn't install and is asking for a file which doesn't exist on any of the discs.

    This is a compatibility problem with the buyer's PC. There is nothing wrong with the product or the service I provided as a seller. It is the buyer's responsibility to use the product appropriately and to research and learn about it. I should not be penalized for this since I did nothing wrong.
