    The item arrived damaged during transport, though it was very well packed. The seller immediately offered a replacement, but since I needed it quickly for a ham radio contest, I bought another one elsewhere. He then refunded me fully (item, shipping & VAT). Damage came from a tiny ribbon cable lever, not the seller’s fault. Excellent communication, very professional and responsive. Highly recommended!

    The screen was packed better than an egg! Very good quality, came with the screen protector as well. Looks brand new to me. The service asked me for £260 and I'd still have to send the phone away but this way I saved the time and money. Thank you!
