    The item was advertised as new, but the goods are used, presumably recovered from old projects. New DIP ICs have evenly splayed pins, whereas these were parallel and not even. When programming, the devices drew more than the default Vcc current. I had to increase it on my XGecu T76 to enable prgramming to succeed. This may be a general issue with ATF750C devices however.
