    This buyer messages over and over within a few hours and says no response. We did respond within 24 hours. They had the tracking number to track their order. Their order was shipped as promised, but the post office mishandled the package in transit. Because of this, we issued them a full refund within the 10 business days (their feedback was posted on the 19th, and we received their order on the 12th, clearly not 10 days as stated).
