    i have a dog with an open wound so I bought this 3oz med for half as much as a 40oz because it said I would get it by Aug 2. I sent a message that it was August first and still waiting for shipment!? They said the post office is at fault, no no no, it is not the USPS, now August 2nd, I explained I no longer want it if isn't going to be here by 2nd they just sent it today now it says Aug 8. HELLO!!!!!!! The problem is they make a label and it gets marked shipped but it never went out the door!???

    We completely understand the buyer's frustration. However, the shipping company confirmed receipt of the package on July 28. We put a tracer on the package. The shipping company scanned the package on Aug. 2 which was a Saturday. We are not open on the weekend, so the shipping company had the package before then, just as they origionally confirmed. The package was likely misplaced by the shipping company & found when the tracer was asked for. The customer is welcome to return this for a refund.
