    This guy sells phones. I bought a Samsung S22 Ultra as broken. The seller described it as having a broken screen. I knew I could replace the screen so it looked a good deal. However, then the phone arrived, 16 days later, I found the screen to be good. However, when I went to activate the phone, I found that the serial number is blacklisted as stolen. The seller has basically told me to get lost.
