    Product arrived safely. Product was NOT NEW as described, even though it was shrink-wrapped. Most important, product was tagged as property of 'Charter Communications' and sadly was locked in to 5 channels on Charter. Could not be re-set to allow it to work with my provider (Zito Media), so purchase was a complete waste.

    I'm sorry that you're not happy but it's exactly as described, I took a clear picture of it, and it says property of charter ( in the listing ).
