    Either the seller or the USPS messed up. When purchased the original arrival date was not later than August 8th. They did not arrive until the 13th. 5 days to late for my crew to use, 5 days to late for my project completion. I would have to go out and open source the items at a much higher price. To add insult to injury, the seller wants me to pay an additional $6 each, to return two almost week late items, for this reason I limit my eBay purchases, and will scratch this seller from my list.
