    When it comes to communicating and the return, the company was smooth, eager and helpful. Unfortunately the item (antique) was poorly POORLY packaged. A ceramic plate pit in a shipping sleeve with no protection at all other than walmart/store plastic bags.... it broke of course. Very disappointing this limited item, there are even less of. Stop damaging antique goods and care for your products your shipping, I paid for shipping, there should have been more care. Buyer beware.
