  The packaging used is completely unsuitable for the product being sent. It should have been protected by an outer box. A soft bubble wrap offered no protection whatsoever. Needless to say this item has now been damaged way beyond being of any use to me whatsoever. It is buckled, bent and split open along the seam with soap powder pouring out. Your comments and proposals please. Stephen Dury

  Firstly many thanks for your valued feedback which we always take this seriously, although we haven't had any issues with similar packaging to the same product previously. Thanks to Royal Mail for treating my parcel with care, although it looks like it has been kicked off the summit of K2 and dragged down the M1. Please give any seller the opportunity your to rectify any issues before leaving feedback, then you can post how sellers have responded, would like a replacement or full refund Mr Dury?
