  We shipped the two TO.GO 2 A remotes to your freight forwarder, and USPS delivered the package on July 23, 2025. As part of our standard procedure, we photograph all outgoing shipments for our records.Your freight forwarder opened and inspected the package upon receipt, reported no issues, and retained possession of it for over three weeks. We are not responsible for any issues that occur during transit from your freight forwarder to you. We recommend contacting your freight forwarder directly
