  Product came within a few days and had texture to roll the paper, as my 'pickup rollers' texture had to worn off and was smooth. Well worth a few dollars and should last for years to come.

  Mixed bag, but mostly positive! All but one of the parts supplied in this kit functioned perfectly. The part that did not perform was the main paper tray pick-up roller. I ended up reinstalling my original working pick-up roller. The videos supplied on CD with this kit are WMV and of very low resolution. The videos will play fine, but the grainy, low resolution makes seeing necessary detail for some of the smaller parts difficult. Seller refunded $2.00 for the inoperative roller.

  This kit was created around 2002 and videos of that era were not high definition. 1000's have done the repair and there is no manual that you can figure it out.
