    Early to mid 1960's. 'Good condition.' Very thin. I am guessing that originally this size 9.75 was a size 5 before it was stretched out so much. It does look like a way to make extra money off of the good vintage pieces. It is roughed up from that. I'm gonna smooth it back up. To most people it is just a ring.
