  I ordered this video card because the listing, in large letters, said "2 to 4 day shipping guaranteed". I live in Hawaii and when the seller shipped it he changed the shipping to GoundAdvantage. When I received an arrival date three weeks from now I asked what happened. He lied and said "the Post Office somehow changes the shipping, I don't have anything to do with it." It is now Oct 20 and the card was shipped Oct 9. Tracking says it is on the ocean. This is a dishonest, greedy, seller.

  Buyer paid Oct 8th, I shipped it out on Oct 9th via USPS Gound Advantage which is the shipping I listed with my item. Somehow the USPS mess up the shipping process and delay the package), I am very sorry for this issue but nothing I can do.
