  Ordered item as Buy Now which does not mean they ship right away. Received notification that a shipping label was created but item was never given to UPS I contacted the seller that thanked me for my purchase and said she would find out where my purchase was at. 4 days later I asked for an update but got no response. Reported to eBay, they said I had to wait an additional 4 days before I could request a refund, but 2 days later I get a message they issued a refund. Not a happy camper!
