  We don't manufacture the product - we purchase it and then resell it. Your unhappiness with the quality of the product - from a NATIONAL BRAND - HILTON HOTELS is NOT our fault! We state several times in our listings that we DO NOT accept refunds. We weren't rude - you claimed we were "defrauding you." We have been selling on eBay for over 20 years and would never "defraud" someone for $20 or 20k. Our reputation speaks for itself. Thanks!
