    As described, well packaged. grate seller.. I can't turn the volume spindle, so I don't know if it puts any power out yet. But um pretty sure it dose.. but I do intend to fix it up. I have another two of the same amp, so i may use it as a doner for parts, I have found a pioneer volume knob for it.. so it shouldn't be to difficult to fix tbh.
