    Whatever he responds with is a lie. This seller refused to honor the sale and shipped the package with missing/damaged items. AVOID AT ALL COST. There are PLENTY of better sellers. PayPal is siding with me against this scammer. If they didn't I'd contact his local state's attorney to press charges for fraud.
