    I use an app that allows me to see and track packages and learn what is in my mail daily: Informed delivery. So I knew the package got lost in the mail. The seller was extremely helpful in seeing I got my purchase. After a month she handled the claim with eBay to replace the earrings. Then, all of a sudden they were back in the USPS system. She was wonderful through the whole debacle, kept in touch with me, nd notified me before UPSP informed Delivery did. She deserved at least ten stars.
