    Got here quickly, but the item had problems and had not been tested well. On a fully charged battery (I tried several), pressing the trigger would only engage for a second or two, then the blower would cut out. This seems to be an issue with this model. Seller did not respond to queries. But, the seller did refund the item when requested.

    USPS informed me the package was lost due to severe weather in the areas the package was traveling through. USPS indicated I should contact the seller and ask them to file a lost claim report to USPS. I asked the seller numerous times to do this, without a reply. Not one reply, several emails to the seller. Very disappointed. I felt the seller had ample time to respond to me, almost 2 weeks, with no response.
