    Items was sold as new, but was broken and used. It's a plush Tiana toy & the doll head will not stay up; it flops backwards due to being worn out. I sent seller pics & video, but she still made me put in a return request. Returned package still not showing received so I can get my refund. Worst EBAY experience I've had. Stay away from this seller

    So, the item was brand new. I'm sorry that you had to actually follow eBay's policies when using their site. I would suggest you read up on how eBay works especially when you have a problem with an item. Also, I can't make the post office speed up their delivery so yes you will wait until I get the item back and review the condition to make sure it's the same as it was when it went out. You have been a horrible buyer and are blocked from any future purchases.
