    Remote was defective. Managed to get it running by substituting a workable remote. Seller very rude.

    We couldn't help that the remote that dish had in the box for the receiver was bad from dish directly. This receiver was new and had never been open, and I even sent him a new remote out of our stock. But wants to say we were rude. This guy shouldn't be able to buy or sell on eBay.

    THIS CUSTOMER SHOULD HAVE ASK MANY MANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BUYING ITEMS. NOT OUR RESPONDIBLTY TO EDUCATE SOMEONE ON ADDITIONAL RECEIVER FEES THAT DISH CHARGES. HE THOUGHT THAT IF YOU PURCHASED HIS OWN RECEIVERS YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY THE FEES. WHEN HE HAD RETURNED HIS JOEY'S TO DISH SO HE WOULDN'T HAD TO PAY THE FEES. IF YOU WOULD HAVE ASK THEM QUESTIONS UP FRONT IT WOULD HAVE AVOIDED ALOT OF BACK AND FORTH. ALSO AUCTION STATED NO REFUNDS UP FRONT WHEN HE PURCHASED THE ITEMS.
