    it was like brand new! still wrapped in the plastic, button and button holder. had to charge it fully before use (that was my fault :) thought it was broken before I read the manual) thor figured it out almost instantly. he saw us tap it a few times and started slapping it. I thought I could trick him by putting his breakfast in there but once he realized it wasn't treats he left it alone 🤣 so I think its safe to say it is just for special treats.
