  Initial acknowledgment from ebay stated no tracking provided and no conformation on shipment, 3 days later after contacting seller I receive a message stating a problem with warehouse, coincidently in that message the seller stated the purchase was shipping which is suspicious. Tracking was then listed and package received however the instruction manual shows a plastic case which should have been part of this purchase. I believe this is a previous returned item or factory discounted item.
