Welcome to Kathy Symonds Art

I am a full time professional artist who is an acrylic and oil painter plus a digital designer, so you can find me either at the easel or on my computer! My painting style is mostly impressionism landscapes, oceans, flowers, and sometimes abstracts. For illustrations I tend to be more whimsical favoring children and pets. I don't use an Ai program where you type in what you want and it's immediately there with 6 fingers and all! Just kidding for Ai people because it has gotten better with time.

My program I use for the digital work uses paint brushes, pencils etc with a color palette to choose from. I do use one Ai program that only makes sure my prints are very clear but doesn't change my work. My work can be found online and in physical galleries here in Colorado. Many paintings and prints have been sold globally which makes it so much more fun for me to know you can find me all over the world!

    Canon Photo Ink Jet Photo paper always works the best in my Canon Printer. Always renders the best color reproduction and quality image print. I have used other brands and they are good, but I highly recommend using Canon Ink Jet Photo Paper with your Canon Printer.
