Seller has been untruthful about everything from shipping on. Item came to me broken because they shipped in too small of a box. Finally got a return label and they received it and now they are saying I did something to it before shipping it back. Trying to get out of giving a credit ! Will not ever purchase anything from them again.

I was sorry to hear the horse arrived with a broken tail and was prepared to give you a full refund. But - the horse that I received had additional damage in the neck area. I asked you to explain this, as it would be a hard place to damage. I told you I was reaching out to ebay for advice on what to do and provided all photos. Ebay saw the documentation and has told me they are investigating and to contact them again on March 9, which I will do.
