  Ordered incorrectly (my fault) contacted seller instantly to cancel order, they claimed it had already been shipped and I had to keep order. I put the cancel request through less than 3 minutes after payment. I then had to wait 27 days for potential delivery before I could claim a refund as they did not provide tracking so could not prove postage. Item never arrived so requested refund.
