    Its in pretty good quality but does have some cosmetic damage from some old thermal paste but it doesn't impact the quality of the CPU and it is a really good deal for basically $8 with free shipping so I'd recommend it. It came packaged really well as it was completely surrounded with bubble wrap in a tight box and it also comes with a little thermal paste which is nice.
