As a collector from the mid-1980’s through the mid-1990’s, how was I to know that my decade would be coined the “Junk Wax Era”? Sports cards may have been in abundance at that time and quality control may not have been manufacturers top priority, but that is what makes finding ‘gems’ in this era so special.
Time passes and even these over-produced sports cards will start to become scarcer – especially those in mint condition.
It is my mission to curate sports cards (primarily baseball cards) from that era, in raw and graded condition, and bring them to you.
