    Didn’t put enough post stamps on it which made us have to go to the post office and pay a little extra for the card, and it specifically said rookie on the listing and it was not a rookie. His actual rookie year was 1986 but I still do like the card.

    I sent it ebay standard envelope in a toploader, like I've done thousands of times before, but some post offices have issues which I can't do anything about. I don't know why the post office decided to charge you more. I know that 1986 was his rookie year but that is his All-Star Rookie Cup card. hence the reason rookie was in the title.
