  Although it may seem like false advertising, this seller listed 4x used Q39 Clips as Y39 clips which I don't think even exist. Shipping was fast, packaging was an old GFCI outlet box that fit, but should have had some wadded paper or other padding to stop the clips from rattling around loose inside. They were cheaper than any other Q39 clip set that I had found, but shipping doubled the price. I will probably get them refinished with a powder coat to make them last longer on my roof rack.

  Shipping time? OK, Packaging? Pathetic, cut up boxes poorly taped together. One side was open to the elements. Hard time believing the “open box” description. Don’t know if the bag was dirty from the journey or just plain dirty. Makes money off of shipping. Just be aware.

  After receiving other Milwaukee tool bags, this one was definitely not open box as described. Disappointing.

  Extremely slow shipping. Item is NOT new “open box”. Item is used and scratched. Seller tried to suggest that it was the post office fault for slow shipping. In fact they created the label and tried to say they mailed it on that date and it was not mailed until many days later.Item was shipped without any bubble wrap or protection. Merely wrapped in cardboard. I gave the seller the opportunity to make things right and they had no interest in recognizing their poor transaction practices.

  Buyer started conversation by saying unless I refunded part of the purchase he would leave Negative Feedback even before he opened the package. i did ship on time. USPS was late delivering. I gladly would have refunded buyer if he wanted to return item. It's a handle for a outdoor grill a couple scratches are not going to matter.
