  The item was much smaller than described. The lay flat measurements in the photo showed 13.5 inches (which would indicate a fit of a 27 inch waist), but this would fit a 23 or 24 and I can't wear them. I tried to do the lay flat measurements on my end and I could barely get them to hit 12 inches. Unfortunately they were just too small and the lay flat measurements indicated otherwise. But the shipping was fast. Such a bummer.
